How we handle information shared through this website and project requests.
David Jacob’s Design (“we,” “us”) operates this website to share information about our services and to receive project inquiries. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide—such as your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, service interests, project description, timing and budget notes, preferred contact method, and any photos you upload. We may also receive basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser information, and analytics events if analytics are enabled.
How we use information
We use this information to review project fit, respond to your request, communicate about your project, improve the website, and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.
Project photos and files
Photos and files you upload with a quote request are stored privately for review and are not published on the website unless you later give clear permission for a project to appear in our portfolio.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate email delivery, hosting, or analytics, and when required by law. Project details are handled as business communications, not public content.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and ordinary recordkeeping, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed. You may ask us about deletion of a specific request.
Your choices
You can email us to update or correct your contact details, ask questions about information we hold, or request deletion of an inquiry where we are not required to keep it.
